How to Transform Yourself Into a Successful Leader

A few days ago we discussed success, and what it really means. I also outlined 6 principles that you can use to measure your success, so that you can know where you are excelling and where you need to improve. Now that you have all of this down, it’s time to figure out how you can improve on the less successful areas of your life.

The infographic below is like one of those TLC shows where a dramatic transformation takes place. Only in this case it won’t be your hair, garage, cooking skills, or relationship skills getting transformed, it’s your leadership abilities.

So if you are looking for a dramatic transformation that will rival that of our favorite teacher turned meth dealer, check out the great infographic below.

Final Verdict

As you can see, it is possible to strengthen your leadership abilities when you know which steps to take. These 34 steps outlined above will definitely guide you in the right direction, and I therefore urge you to start implementing them one by one.

Don’t rush or you’ll get overwhelmed. Instead, select a step and act on it continuously until it becomes second nature to you. Once you are done select a second step.

Leave a comment below and let me know which was your favorite step, and follow step 22 and share this helpful information with your co-workers. And if you would like to have weekly Business Broken Down newsletters sent directly to your e-mail, then sign up above. You won’t regret it!
